1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://raisingchampions.net (the “Site”) and any services, content, or products provided through the Site (collectively the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

2. About the Service

The Site provides informational resources, downloadable documents, and digital products intended to help parents and student-athletes with the college recruiting process. The Site does not guarantee athletic scholarships, college admission, eligibility, or any specific outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to purchase products on the Site. Users under age 14 may use the Site only with parental/guardian consent. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

4. Account Registration

Some parts of the Site may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. 6. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

• Payments for paid products are processed by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By purchasing you authorize charges to your chosen payment method.

• Digital products are generally non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at raisingchampionshq@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion except where required by law.

• Any applicable taxes or processing fees are your responsibility.

7. License & Intellectual Property

• All Site content (text, graphics, logos, templates, downloads, videos, and other materials) is owned or licensed by Raising Champions and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• When you purchase or download material, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the material for personal, non-commercial purposes only (unless a commercial license is explicitly provided). Resale, distribution, public display, or sublicensing is prohibited without our written permission.

8. User Content & Testimonials

If you submit content (reviews, comments, or other materials), you grant Raising Champions a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with the Site and Services. You warrant that you own or have rights to submit the content and that it does not violate these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to harass, defame, or harm others.

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or other users’ accounts.

• Use automated tools (bots/scrapers) to collect data from the Site without written permission.

10. Disclaimers & No Guarantee

Materials on the Site are for informational and educational purposes only. We are not college recruiters and do not guarantee college placement, scholarships, or outcomes. You should verify eligibility and recruiting rules with relevant institutions (NCAA, NAIA, or applicable governing bodies). ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raising Champions and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Services. Our total liability for claims related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have not paid us).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raising Champions, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or services not owned or controlled by Raising Champions. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Links do not imply endorsement.

14. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
